On 21–22 October 2026, the University of Western Macedonia in Kozani hosted UNICEF’s Child Rights Centres (CRCs) 3rd Network Meeting, focusing on “Expanding National and International Partnerships.”
The meeting brought together CRCs representatives from Universities and one Research Centre across Greece and abroad, alongside public officials and other stakeholders, to exchange knowledge, strengthen collaboration and explore new opportunities to advance child’s rights.
Dr Dora Katsamori, Associate Researcher at the National Centre for Scientific Research “Demokritos” (NCSRD), presented the activities of the NCSRD’s Child Rights Centre, established in November 2025. Her presentation highlighted YouthGovAI and its contribution to discussions on children’s rights and participation in the digital environment.
The event was organised in collaboration with UNICEF Greece.
